Swim Meet 101
When arriving to a swim meet, it is important to arrive by the time notated by coaches. This ensures all swimmers are present and checked-in prior to the start of the meet. Failure to arrive on time or at all greatly impacts the ability for the meet to start on time, creating significant additional work for the coaches, as the lineup will have to be reviewed and re-written.
Helpful Notes for Swim Meets Below:
- Coaches/Board members will remind swimmers at practice & via Swimtopia about the meet schedule. If there are any changes to the date or time of the meet, this will be communicated using a Swimtopia alert. This is the fastest way to receive team notifications.
